Organization’s Mission
The Corporation was established exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, and scientific purposes, the making of distribution to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 ( c) ( 3 ) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal Tax- code.
The Mission of the Koinadugu Development Corporation is to provide opportunities for the people of Koinadugu, in education, improvement in agriculture, health care, recreational and youth leadership development.
No part of the net earnings of the Corporation will inure to the benefit of any private individual ( except that reasonable compensation will be paid for services rendered to or for the Corporation And no member(s) of the board, officers or staff will be entitled to share in the distribution of any of the Foundation’s assets upon the dissolution of the Corporation.
No substantial part of the activities of the Corporation shall be for carrying on propaganda or otherwise attempting to influence.
